What is it that they have stuck in the hole of the eye?

You will have noticed that each of the zombies has something stuck in the hole where their right eye should be.

That is because they are very embarrassing and the One Eye Zombie Apes, use any object that fits in that hole to cover it and not look very ugly, well, I want to say uglier than they are, which often gives them a clearly funny and kind and innocent look.

Among the objects they use to cover the hole in the eye we can find alarm clocks, sports balls, light bulbs, pots of cacti or flowers, large coins, cans of soda or ultimately anything that can occupy that space.
